For over 30 years I have been in the construction industry in commercial and none commercial. I have many years experience in all kinds of extensions, single, double, garage conversions, one off houses, garden walls. I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. Unique finish did an exceptional job for me. They completed four door handles adjustments, two door adjustments, that were causing a lot issues for me. Outstanding workmanship, very professional, friendly and advised me of the cause of the problem and possible solutions. Cleaned up after themselves and was always approachable. Initially looking for some advice A&D patiently talked through options, planning & the hire of an architect. If/when I go ahead A&D would be a first choice.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. There was another small job which I was going to post seperatly which I showed to Chris which he accepted and was completed in exactly the same efficient maner.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
