We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Steve and Darren are extremely polite, hardworking and reliable. They arrived on time every day, fully explained what they were going to do, and tidied up after every step. I have found the whole experience stress free, and would highly recommend them to others. They explained when the skip would arrive, were here when it was picked up so that they could sweep and leave the driveway clean and tidy. They suggested options available, including some edging that I hadn't thought of, and it looks wonderful. Tx

Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.
