Sash Window solutions, headed by Andrew, made the whole process stress free . The timing of the fitting was negotiable and everything was made clear. Questions were answered and concerns addressed The work was done in one day, carpets and furniture protected and everything cleared up neatly afterwards. And the windows look lovely. We engaged Simon and his team to remove a supporting wall, thus opening up the kitchen into the dining room. From the start, Simon was knowledgeable and offered helpful insight. We were provided with a detailed and fair quote. Work was planned at a time to suit us, and was completed to a good standard and on time. Communication throughout the project was excellent. MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

RSJ instillation & other building work. Derrick is a highly knowledgeable & professional builder, he went over and above expectations when removing a load bearing wall to create a kitchen diner in our house along with removing an outdoor toilet. I’d recommend him in a heart beat & will be using his services in the future for other work.
