I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. I started using Nmefram about a month now. I am very happy with the puntuality of the staff and the quality of cleaning. I also had a deep clean after 2 weeks. The deep clean was of the cooker,grill and oven. Very thorough clean carried out by Abbey. I have 3 hours a week and I like the flexibility of the start time when requested. I would highly recommend.
