Brian and his son Patrick did an excellent job redecorating our house. The standard of work was very professional throughout, with great attention to preparation and finish. They kept exactly to the agreed timeline, worked efficiently, and were reliable and easy to communicate with. They also cleaned up properly at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
