It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

The Brothers Paez have done the most amazing job hanging a wallpaper mural in my bedroom with incredibly high ceilings. Carried out the work whilst I was away. I had a terrible experience with Heritage Roofing, who ripped me off for £3,000 and left the job unfinished and poorly done. Thankfully, Simon came over afterwards, fixed all of their mistakes, properly sorted out the drainage on my property, and replaced the flat roof to a very high standard. I’m extremely grateful for Simon’s honest, professional work and would highly recommend him.

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. Wall Doctor have now sent a very professional external coatings applicator and he has repaired the paintwork to our satisfaction. This has taken some time to resolve (Partly due to weather constraints) but we are now confident that the job has been done properly.
