We had Haki come in to do our laminate flooring, skirting boards and tv bracket. He was super efficient and very diligent in his work. Everything was done to perfection whilst making sure to keep area clean and tidy as I had my elderly mother around. The flooring looked superb! Will defo be hiring again for future works. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed.
