Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

A comprehensive job was required and Ease Services delivered! From plumbing to electrical work, tiling and fitting my new kitchen. I ordered the kitchen on line & needed help to make sure I got it right. I wasn't afraid to ask questions on anything I wasn't sure about and everything was explained to me. We worked out any problems that came up with input & discussions from both sides and agreed the way forward together which was refreshing. Thank you for a job well done.

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Both Ade and Chris and very polite, friendly and approachable. We are happy to forward pictures if that would help with your decision making process. We would highly recommend.

Sam turned up the next day after I posted the job. The job was a little technical and other plasterers had turned it down because of that. But this company gave a great rate and the job itself when complete was first class. Sam was both polite and got on with the work quietly Will use this company in the future, and would of given 10 stars if I could as a.rating.

Very competitive detailed initial quote that was stuck to. Worked above and beyond their requirements. Saved me a lot of money by handling unforeseen problems without a fuss. Honest and highly recommendable - will be using them on everything in the future.
