i had a leaking gutter and drain pipe was very worried what was involved and cost Steven came explained everything what was involved and the solution . put me to ease was very happy and pleased was bit reluctant as no recommendation on the website but was assured felt they needed a chance. i was happy in my decision in employing them good clean effective job was done also with pride and professionally . happy with the cost would recommend to my friends and family . thank you steve

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

From the start to finish could not fault the commitment shown by the builder, the quote came in under our budget and work was to a high standard. Always kept us informed on what was going on and when, tidied up as they went and we are more than happy with the final result.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. The work was done in good time, communication via watsapp was impeccable. and prices/quotes were competitive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again. Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.
