One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

I became self employed at the beginning of 2019 Some of my work is with a very successful local gardening business I am subcontracted with, which teaches me new things every day. I work to create a beautiful outdoor atmosphere which can be enjoyed all year round by both client and wildlife. This being said, it is also very rewarding to create a refined, contemporary space, which is becoming ever popular with clients who would like an elegant garden which requires less maintenance. I'm often praised for how much I get stuck into my work and am capable when it comes to heavy lifting and laborious jobs. I am a father of two little beasts So much of my free time is spent with my family, mostly in my own garden and being told off for buying too many plants!

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

I asked originally to have new fencing panels put in, a new patio placed at the top of my garden and to have my new shed built. What I now have are absolutely beautiful fence panels that will last for ages. Even more amazing is the wonderful raised patio at the back of my garden, which I am absolutely overjoyed with. Carl and his fantastic team did an excellent job, relining both upper and lower ponds and the connecting stream. They created shelves where there were none before and made entry and exit to the larger pond far safer. They discussed all aspects of the work with us, listening to our requests. Returning the feisty frogs to the pond afterwards became Tim's job! They also replaced 3 large fence panels brilliantly. Overall, we would happily recommend New Dawn to anyone wanting any gardening and pond work.
