Good tradesperson! Iounut completed the entire flat and painted it to a very good standard..clean edges, attention to detail etc. He arrived punctually and worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the job was done within schedule. Also he stayed exactly within our agreed budget with no hidden costs and re-selling. The flat now looks transformed and I'm quite impressed. Professional, helpful, and skilled. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden.
