Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. By January 2026, experience taught me that it is always better to get a quote on the whole project rather than a daily rate. Many aspects to the job incorrect - a very expensive lesson learned.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
