Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. He is a highly competent, hard working, very competitive worker. His work is flawless and he is very versatile. He has completed many jobs after the first job was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending his work. My only concern is his communication as English is not his first language but if he's not sure about anything he will ask so that isn't a big issue. AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat!
