Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.
