Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. He was always on time and cleanliness outstanding -cleaning up all grime and dust and also taking rubbish away. Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. After advertising the job, Michael was in the local area the following day and asked if he can pop over to have a look at the job. Got a good vibe from him and agreed to give him the job. I had other quotes which were cheaper but liked his professional and calm character. His timing was prompt and job was good quality. Communication was good also. Also asked him to do the ceiling and glad I did, kitchen looks great now. He gave me advice about flooring too which is next on the list.
