Robert was extremely professional and polite. He was able to identify the issue quickly and make the product safe. Unfortunately the product is not repairable and needs to be replaced.

After advertising the job, Michael was in the local area the following day and asked if he can pop over to have a look at the job. Got a good vibe from him and agreed to give him the job. I had other quotes which were cheaper but liked his professional and calm character. His timing was prompt and job was good quality. Communication was good also. He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Simon and his team fitted laminate cladding on my two flights of stairs and sorted out the unfinished landing at the same time. It looks 300% better! There was a small problem which he returned repeatedly to fix. The only thing I would say is make sure the project is clearly explained to you. I hadn't understood exactly how stair cladding works, and so the result wasn't quite how I imagined it. But I love it now, and the work has been admired by other tradesmen who've seen it.
