Communication was great, we always felt informed while we were waiting for work to be scheduled (reliant on weather). The team turned up as planned, were always polite & friendly going above and beyond. The area was left clean & tidy each night. We were always shown the work done each day & explained the next steps to ensure we were satisfied. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Iosef turned up on time after providing a competitive quote a few days earlier. While he was quoting for the regrouting in the shower room I asked if he could quote for painting some outdoor garden walls that needed some old paint removing and made good before painting. He did both jobs in 3 days very professionally and left everything very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again as he has many skills listed.

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.
