After a brief chat about what the job involved Andy was quick to point out that my proposed budget was too high and that he would do the work for a fair bit less. I was immediately impressed. He arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. I work in the building trade myself and his finishing is top notch. Very nice, friendly guy too and will definitely be using his services again.
William was a great find! He was flexible with his starting time to allow me to get to work on time. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.

David and his team were brilliant to deal with. David got in touch shortly after I posted the advert. He gave me a good price and arranged to come out to sort everything. After he sent me a text on the original date, we decided to wait until a drier day. He was in touch first thing this morning to make sure things were still going to plan and arrived when he said he would. Thanks Paul, here is how I see it from a customers perspective. I waited over two weeks for an estimate and had to chase. You said you were off sick and immediately sent me an estimate for £395 . I costed the parts and they were around £70 so you were charging £325 for labour. I reckoned it was a 2hr job and have since had work done and just under 2hrs at a total cost of £190. So in my simple head you were charging £160/hour for labour versus £60/hour . Just tell customers the truth if job too small
