Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. We recently made a moved into a property in Bredbury. As the property required some rooms to be plastered we looked at Rated People to find a plasterer in the area. We found Darren McConnel who had very good ratings, so we agree a very reasonable price to plaster our kitchen. The work was done to our complete satisfaction so we agree to have another room plastered. I would certainly recommend Darren, his work is to a very high standard, he is very reliable and left the property clean and tidy.

He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Hi we are a small buisness based in west yorkshire but i spend most of my time in cheshire as i have family there aswell so i operate a large working area....there is no vat added to any bills as we are not vat registered keeping costs down
