John and team did a really good job. He was reliable and always kept in contact which is a plus. He even worked around our working hours so there will be minimal disruption to the business. Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
