Communication was great, we always felt informed while we were waiting for work to be scheduled (reliant on weather). The team turned up as planned, were always polite & friendly going above and beyond. The area was left clean & tidy each night. We were always shown the work done each day & explained the next steps to ensure we were satisfied. I do painting,decorating and plastering .I am always dedicated to what I do and have never gotten a bad review . I live in Thorton Heath and have a lot of experience working in people 's houses. I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Iosef turned up on time after providing a competitive quote a few days earlier. While he was quoting for the regrouting in the shower room I asked if he could quote for painting some outdoor garden walls that needed some old paint removing and made good before painting. He did both jobs in 3 days very professionally and left everything very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again as he has many skills listed.
