The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
B.B flooring is a relatively new company- but run by a fitter with over 40 years experience. We specialise in carpets,laminate flooring, carpet tiles and vinyl. Friendly and cheerful disposition No job is to big or too small!

We were very impressed with Maurize. We had just had a bad experience with another builder and were weary of tradesmen but Maurize was trustworthy from the get go and went out of his way to fill us with confidence.
