Job turned out to be sightly different from originally thought, due to what was found once the tiles were removed. Came up with an alternative plan that didn’t affect the timescale or quote. Job was finished slightly ahead of schedule, due to pace of work and numbers of personnel. Bit of clearing up required afterwords, but nothing too taxing. On the whole very happy! Would use again.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
