You never phoned on Saturday when you were supposed to come. I had to phone you to find out you were ill. I arranged to work on home on Monday so that you could come, you never showed up just sent a message that you will come on Tuesday in the morning. Again you did not show up, sent another message that you will come by 5pm. No show again, and no messages either. You obviously think that other people have no responsibilities and can sit at home for days waiting for you.

The following day after I had a stopcock and pipework replaced by Jamie, I discovered that he had cut into another pipe when removing the old ones, causing a leak. I dont know for sure if he knew he had done this. I think he did, but judge for yourself based on the following. Over several days, I called his mobile, I left whatssapp messages, i sent several emails. No responses from any of them. Strange as they all seemed to be working when he contacted me to get the job.

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

I trained as a teenager in My Fathers Business when I left School, worked as an apprentice for His Plumbers and Gas Engineers (1 of of them was my Uncle) until - I went to college and Studied to Be Qualified Myself. After 10yrs working for my Dads Company firstly as a Plumber then after 5 yrs Got my Gas qualification. A little over 4 years after that, I made the Step to Work for myself and be my own Boss, and Now my eldest son is now also training to be a plumber and renewables specialist. Also Both of My Brothers are Gas Safe Engineers -Keeping up the family Tradition That My Grandfather Started. Now I am training my son in the trade!
