We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. We value our customers and offering our best service as well as reliability and trust is our highest priority. We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camara. We also offer 24hour emergency call out.
Initially very friendly and helpful and promised to fix our drainage problem. Charged us a very large amount of money. The job has not been successful and we still have the drainage problem. We have chased them many times for a receipt for the money paid and a report that they promised that we could use to try to claim on our insurance for the work done. Each time they promise it will be sent over by the end of the day but we have received nothing. I strongly recommend not using this company.

There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days. We used this company to re-grout and re-seal a shower cubicle. They removed and replaced all of the old grout and sealant. Excellent communication, turned up on time and did a really good job. Shower cubicle now looks like new. We will be using their services again in the future. 5* Would recommend.
