Awesome bloke. Brilliant comms. Face-times you from the roof to explain things. It's very reassuring to examine your roof at the same time as he does. Leaves you with before and after photos. Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.
