Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Martin was punctual and very cheery. Worked none stop until the job was done. Excellent service, nice tidy job, nothing was too much trouble, excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.
