Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.

Darryl and team have done an outstanding job. Came early and prepared the entire hall stairs and landing. All doors, handles and light fittings covered. They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.
