Hello, I'm Alan and I have been doing precision engineering and instillation for agricultural and industrial business for over 16 years now. I branched into installing and repairing dairy parlours that can handle hundreds of litres of milk and water an hour, so there is no room for errors which has made me a bit of a perfectionist. I started doing home repairs for family and friends 6 years ago, I found domestic plumbing to be far easier and cleaner work than dairy repairs, and far more rewarding. Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. The work was delayed due to the weather but completed as requested. Final bill was less than the quote, so very pleased with that. I would recommend Ben as he is conscientious,diligent and easy to talk to.
