Job executed correctly, although quote was very high compared to few others I got after John completed it. During the work, John dropped a hammer from the ladder by mistake, which ended up damaging my neighbor property. I had to call him back once I saw the hammer in my neighbor front yard and found the smashed pieces in the front.
