The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!

Through hard work and determination coupled with being good with people that very stall ( next to what was woolworths now Iceland ) meant my mum and aunt could benefit and have the things my Nan and Grandad couldn't. My ( Greek Cypriot ) Dad was taught the skill by my Grandparents as he was my father and would go on to Make a successful Fruit and Veg shop in Golders Green in which I'm extremely proud of. Working in this shop as you would go into it on the right used to be ' A business built on customer satisfaction '. You see it isn't the building game but it's all the same to me, we serve the customers and we leave them Satisfied Every Single time. That's the name of the game. My Grandad would later teach me how to paint and my Nan would teach me how to work with oil based paints and the rest is history. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. I recently left a good review but after recent events I need to change this. After a callout for a blockage which resulted in them getting their hose stuck and had to come out to remove a few days later from my pipe, our toilet was left with another leak due to the toilet being damaged. After getting a plummer from British gas out, I then find out I was massively overcharged for all the work, the total paid was £3380, I found out this should have cost me no more than £1800. I will never use them again!

Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.
