Not the cheapest quotation we received but good value overall. We chose to go with D T Building because they approached the job in a very professional way despite it being a relatively small job. Very happy with the work that Daniel did for us, so far all of our leaking wall issues have been fixed. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.
