We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. This is the first builder I have met that really seemed to know what he is talking about. Found him very helpeful and a pleasure to deal with. The price that was quoted was fair and in comparison not the cheapest but the quality of work carried out I was extremely impressed with. If anyone needs a recommendation I'm more than willing to speak to you. There were extras on this job but he explained the reasons why it needed to be carried out and it was explained clearly before any extra work was carried out. Very impressed so have given 5 star rating.

I had a couple of laminate boards in my kitchen that had broken & I needed them replacing. Johnny did a fabulous job of re-laying the kitchen floor to incorporate the new boards.
