Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. O'Neill's were polite, efficient, reliable and gave us confidence in their knowledge. They did everything they said they would and more.
