Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.
