Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

So when we eventually get some rain it will go in my water butts, Difficulty in sourcing some of the bits needed and the now constant rise in prices meant it cost a bit more, but William informed me of that in advance of coming to do the work
