We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. They provided a competitive quote and were available to undertake the work quickly to suit our needs. They worked at a steady pace with a focus on doing it right rather than doing it quickly. Their communication was good and they were as tidy as you can be with such a job. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the work, many thanks.

Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. SOUTHAM PLASTERING
BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.
