Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Monument Castle knocked a loading wall down for me so we could have a large open kitchen, dining and living room. They insulated the ceiling, moved some electrics and did some plumbing for us (moved 2 radiators). They did a really good job for us and have some great tradesmen working for them. Would recommend.
