Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!

I am a tradesman with 20+ years of experience in a broad range of construction skills. My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. I have been a builder for over 30 years. We have moved from large site work building houses in and around the reading area, Mostly all the brickwork. For the past 15 years we are been concentrating only on residential extensions offering a complete service from ?foundation and drainage to finish flooring. Including all plumbing, electrics, windows carpentry and roofing.all works are signed of and inspected by building control and carry a 10 year structural warranty. Swear We do not add extra cost unless extra work is added as we progress after full consultation before continuing. ?We will have lots of meetings to discuss interior fixtures and finish before quoting to eliminate cost rises.
Came and looked at job gave quote and start date. Noticed that wall was also leaning inwards and after some consideration advised that wall should be knocked down and rebuilt for same cost as original quote. Turned up when he stated and removed wall and recovered most of bricks. Rebuilt wall higher than original with cap bricks on either end. Very impressed with the way he lined up wall and kept concrete between rows equal continually checking measurements. Good craftsman will use again. Highly recommended
