Mick came quickly to review the work then things went downhill. He took no notes and asked me to type up all the work I wanted to have done, nearly every room in the house, which took me some time while he chased me regularly for the details. I managed to complete the document after a week and send it to him. After I heard nothing for a week I messaged and was told the quote would be with me by the end of the weekend. Another two weeks and 2 chases and I'm still waiting. I've given the work to someone else.
Hi my name is Craig from C Williams Electrical & Renovation Services Ltd. I started out as a self-employed electrician in the early 90's working for local electrical companies and Bristol Council. I soon advanced to getting my own work through renovation companies and kitchen and bathroom companies. Whilst working for these companies I began to learn other trades to assist my working day like plastering, decorating and kitchen and bathroom fitting. Initially I carried this work to save time waiting for other tradesmen to arrive but soon became part of my working day, this saved me time and I return saved the customers time and money On my bigger projects I bring in the necessary trades that I have a close working relationship with but on a day to day basis it's just myself and my son who is training as an electrician. I make it my policy to never take on a job I cannot complete and never start a project until my current one is complete to give my customer full commitment. I offer a call out service for electrical and plumbing and most types of maintenance issues.
Came round quickly and sorted out the issues on the same day and made some recommendations about other potential issues.

David Rutter, the MD, was extremely co-operative and presented a quotation which was a model of clarity. The work, on an old and awkward roof was difficult, but he persisted, by extending his planned time at no extra charge and fixed the leaks, etc., very satisfactorily.

I have just bought a property and needed work doing immediately and even though mike had another job on, he found the time to start on mine. I'm very impressed with the job mike and his team have done, I now have 3 new ceilings and 2 plastered walls, plus some extra work he's done and it means I am now able to move in! Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose.
