For over 30 years I have been in the construction industry in commercial and none commercial. I have many years experience in all kinds of extensions, single, double, garage conversions, one off houses, garden walls. I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. We would highly recomend Sam and Jim , thanks to various bathroom leaks we had to replace our rotting bathroom floor and were just going to do this with a new shower - however for a very reasonable price, and sticking within our budget, Sam and Jim were able to design and fit a completely new bathroom for us which looks amazing . They went above and beyond the work quoted for, correcting poor work done by previous workmen and I wish i could give them an extra star they were that good. Highly recomend.
