Tony and the Keep Cosy team were fantastic! Tony was so helpful throughout the whole process and really listened to what we wanted. We were really particular about the tiling and we would come home from work and Tony would've left tiles on our porch for us to see, this was in his own time even before he'd started the job! The finish of the bathroom is beautiful! We are so pleased and would definitely recommend them!

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

I wish all our tradesmen could be as good as Jo - he's an absolute star! Jo was punctual, kept in contact as we were trying to co-ordinate various tradesmen, flexible, reasonable and very very good at his job. I was really happy with the service from start to finish. It was good that Josh came out to check exactly what I wanted and that it was possible, I then received a written quote which was competitive. The work was carried out next day and done to a really high standard. The guys turned up on time, they were polite and just got on quietly with the job, cleaned up after themselves and took away the packaging etc. communication was excellent throughout.
