All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. On Saturday 14/10/17 Ian Oliver A1 Flooring carried out work he'd quoted on against a job spec submitted on Rated People. He denied ever talking about lifting and removing the existing flooring (clearly stated on spec) and wanted another £250.00 to complete the job, obviously I did not agree to this. I was at work and unable to dispute this in person however I have since tried to contact Ian but he fails to take my calls. His work is amateurish, and unfinished. Seriously think twice before using A1 Flooring

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

The tradesperson failed to respond with a quote after having been sent the plans. No communication at all one way or another.
After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
