Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.
We have excellent day to day experience in all aspects of plumbing, we are willing to work all hours and also work weekends which will suit to customers who work 9-5 jobs Monday-Friday. We have a great customer service review base from previous jobs and we like to try and give customers the most realisable quote to keep them happy.
