Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.

27 years self employed as a plumbing and heating engineer
Martin is a very nice happy man with years of experience in plumbing. We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. He kept up up to date as he worked and provided us with information to bear in mind for the future. Martin was very smart and actually turned up earlier than arranged which is always a plus. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality.
