I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

Specially to John, who, from the first meeting, gave me clear and detailed instructions on how to do the work cheaper and with better quality. Our budget was small, but they managed to make our dream come true! The whole bathroom was stripped in one day! Musa was quick to respond to the job request and also was reliable and turned up at all times and has responded to some follow up queries. He made an effort to clean up after himself and brought his own tools, he completed the work in the timescale he promised. He was also very friendly and helpful to us for other jobs we were completing in the house that he was not working on.

Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
