He only phoned me back after I had downgraded my review on here (to help others). And then he had the cheek to say - “well since you’ve left me 1* I’m not bothering to fix the leak”. Richard arrived well before the arranged time which was a bonus. He is highly professional & charming. He worked so hard altough it was raining all the way whilst he completed the job cutting the grass, removal of weeds around the plants etc. He is also very tidy.
