I was very impressed with Crystal Home Improvements. Ovi and Marian are incredibly hard-working people, meticulous, and accommodating (I am particular about details). They explained the options at every stage and worked 8h a day without a break - truly inspirational! Great communication, hassle-free process: fast survey/ quote appointment, job (laminate installation) completed a couple of days later, thorough cleaning afterwards. Cordial people and old-school tradesmen - I would definitely use them again.

He only phoned me back after I had downgraded my review on here (to help others). And then he had the cheek to say - “well since you’ve left me 1* I’m not bothering to fix the leak”. Unprofessional and lazy. No thanks!
