We agreed terms and price. Arrived, said they couldn't move everything at that price, so agreed what they could move for the pre-agreed price. Said they had finished but didn't move some garden waste bags because they were too heavy (weight was never a factor when I was quoted originally), but nevermind. Asked to swap the bags for something else lighter and they wouldn't after I was quoted for a full van load with space still in the van. The van arrived with some other items already in there by the way.

Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and understood exactly what I wanted before starting work. Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
