Mick came quickly to review the work then things went downhill. He took no notes and asked me to type up all the work I wanted to have done, nearly every room in the house, which took me some time while he chased me regularly for the details. I managed to complete the document after a week and send it to him. After I heard nothing for a week I messaged and was told the quote would be with me by the end of the weekend. Another two weeks and 2 chases and I'm still waiting. I've given the work to someone else.

I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks both for an excellent job done.
